Local purchases: I prefer cash or check payment for local orders, but please feel free to pay via PayPal or credit card online for your convenience. Payment via check must be pre-approved, so please contact me with your request via Facebook, my contact form, or in person.
General online purchases: I accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. Checks and money orders are accepted with pre-approval. This site is secured and uses a third-party payment gateway and payment processor for increased security when paying online.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Taxes are collected for all residents of the state of Kansas. Residents of other states are responsible for submitting use tax according to state laws.
Orders are not shipped until payment has cleared, and then, within 1-3 days for non-custom, ready-to-ship orders. I will only drop ship to established, existing customers upon request (if, for example, you would like to have a gift sent to your sister’s address instead of your billing address.)
At this time, I am shipping to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.
All jewelry and non-digital artwork ships in a standard, unlabeled box for security and safety; the label will not mention jewelry or Rococo Riche. Most materials included in your packaging are 100% compostable or recyclable, excluding the organza bag and sealed plastic bag, so please think before you toss those items in the trash!
Gift packaging (non-white or wrapped box with decoration and tag) can be selected when adding an item to the cart. A Certificate of Authenticity may be included for some items.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Sometimes we need to return a purchase — not the right color [but that just means more shopping, right? 😉 ] or maybe the size / scale just isn’t right — not a problem! Here are my policies.
Returns must be made within 7 days of package delivery. Before shipping a return, please contact me for a Return Goods Authorization number and a return shipping date. Customer is responsible for the postage costs to return the item. Items must be unopened (if sealed), unworn, and shipped back with all original packaging AND packaged properly to prevent damage. Improperly shipped items that are damaged in transit will be documented and ineligible for a full refund.
For unopened, unworn limited edition and one-of-a-kind pieces, customer will receive a refund less the original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.
Made-to-order, non-personalized items may be returned for a refund less the original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.
No returns or exchanges on custom, personalized orders.
Items that have been worn and have any noticeable wear may not be accepted for return; final inspection and acceptance is at the sole discretion of Rococo Riche.
All eligible returns will receive a refund within 5 business days upon inspection of item and acceptance of condition.
Purchase a piece as a gift and the recipient wants to exchange it?
I know this happens sometimes. You thought your cousin Jennifer *loved* purple, but she’s a red-lovin’ kind of gal and doesn’t have a single purple item in her closet.
Please remit gift purchases within 7 days of package delivery for SHOP CREDIT less original shipping costs. See above section on returns for policies regarding inspection and credit.
If returning after 7 days of original package delivery but before 30 days after the purchase date from Rococo Riche, gift purchases may be exchanged for SHOP CREDIT, less original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. No cash or credit refunds.
Please follow the previous notes for returning items. All refunds and shop credits are dependent on time period, condition, and situation, and any refund or credit is at the sole discretion of Rococo Riche.
I love these! If you have a certain color, gemstone, painting, or hand engraving you would like, please let me know via my Custom Request Form.
Please note that I will not do anything that involves copyright or trademark infringement (cartoon characters, sports teams, etc.) or is a copy-cat of someone else’s original design. There are plenty of people who will do that, but I am not one of them. 🙂
Once I have the materials chosen, depending on the project, I may send you a photo with the materials all together to give you an update and an idea of the composition.
I will provide you with a price with the final estimated cost; before I will start on the project, you need to agree to the cost and production time; some projects may require only 1/2 of the cost up front as a deposit, while others must be paid in full upon agreement. Final payment must be cleared before item will ship. Most items are now listed as RESERVED and payable through my website to make shopping more convenient.
No returns or refunds on deposit for custom, personalized orders. Any custom order cancelled after payment but before I begin may be eligible to receive a refund less 30% of the total to help cover time and materials already committed to the project.
For custom orders with a partial payment, final cost on the item will not vary unless you change your mind drastically about something on the project.

All jewelry and art is warrantied against defects in workmanship or material for 12 months after purchase; any repairs necessary for these reasons will be repaired at no charge.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return item for repair; repaired item will be shipped to customer at no extra cost upon completion of repair.
Damage caused by regular wear and tear, misuse, abuse or improper handling or storage is not covered by this warranty. Repair or replacement within warranty period is at the sole discretion of the warrantor.
Items may be repaired, at the expense of the customer, for damage caused by regular wear and tear, misuse, abuse or improper handling or storage; please note that not all items can be repaired and customer is responsible for all shipping and repair costs not covered by the warranty. Please contact me for a Repair Authorization number and quote before shipping the item back.
